This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and folioaide ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the folioaide mobile application ("App").
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable App Store terms.

The App and all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of folioaide and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of folioaide.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. The App may store portfolio data, financial information, and usage analytics to provide and improve our services.
The App may integrate with third-party services to provide stock market data, financial information, and other features. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT: The App provides portfolio tracking and market information for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the App's content as such. We do not recommend that any investment decision be made based solely on information provided by the App. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOLIOAIDE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which folioaide operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
