Welcome to folioaide. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the folioaide mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; maintain and update your information; maintain the security of your account credentials; accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The App is designed to help you track your investment portfolio, monitor stock prices, and analyze your financial holdings. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to related systems, interfere with the App's operation, use automated systems to access the App, or attempt to reverse engineer source code.
The App provides portfolio tracking and market information for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. We are not financial advisors. Market data may be delayed and should not be relied upon for time-sensitive trading decisions. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
You retain ownership of any portfolio data, notes, or other content you create or upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Certain features of the App may require a subscription or payment. All payments are processed through the App Store, and you agree to their payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by folioaide and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided as-is and as-available without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, folioaide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless folioaide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing team@cactos.it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
